We started working with Jared over 3 years ago to find a custom diamond for an engagement ring and ultimately we custom designed the perfect wedding ring too. Their in house design team worked closely with us to modify drawings and adapt the ring to exactly what my wife wanted. The end result was truly amazing and she receives compliments on it weekly. Since then we have used Jared for anniversary gifts, birthdays, and any occasion where that something special is needed. Whether in the store, special order, or service their staff is always polite and helpful.

I LOVE KAREN!!!!!! she is so wonderful, she never pushed anything on me! she acted more as a friend then a sales woman, she helped me find my perfect style with the specifics that i wanted! i brought in a ring that was my great-grandmas and she helped me find the right size for me to wear. within the same day it was resized & polished for a unbeatable price!

Karen at Jared’s was super helpful for me today! She helped me with a watch sizing and did a fantastic job. I always come here for ring check ups and they do a top notch job! If you need your ring sized it will be done in a jiffy, not two weeks like other places!

Michelle was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and really excited to help me & my husband design a new wedding ring set to celebrate our 20th Anniversary. She wasn’t pushy as some sales associates can be and not worried about making the sale. She was able to teach us what to look for in a piece of jewelry. I am so happy with my new ring!!! I went into the Brookfield location and met Karen. She was absolutely fantastic. I brought in my Michele brand watch to get a battery. She completed it quickly and efficiently. She promoted a trunk sale that was going on and was just a delight to deal with. The customer service here is exceptional. I have had them put on watch bands etc and everyone is always so helpful and kind.
