Sara has a unique style to all of her pieces, and the handmade quality is perfect. She has always been such a joy to work with over the phone, and I love when I get the chance to order custom jewlery from her. She works hard to customize the piece to exactly what you’re looking for. Everything I’ve ordered has been shipped out and received in a timely manner. I found the most gorgeous ring that I wanted to purchase for my daughter for her 16th Birthday. I sent a message to Sara prior to order to inquire about completion and shipment for the main purpose of ensuring I would have the ring before her 16th. She assured she would have it done, shipped and to me by the end of that current week with the 2 day shipping. So I ordered! Excited! I wanted to give my daughter a piece of jewelry that lasted a lifetime with her Birthstone. I quickly got my order confirmation. I waited, never received my shipment email so I reached out. I was assured that it was being shipped on that day which was 02/01/2018. 2 days later, no package, still no shipment email. I reached out again, I was told she would check the tracking and get back to me. She never got back to me. SO I reached out again, Now we are on 02/06/2018, I call instead of email, she answers her phone "HELLO" distastefully, I had to ask is this Sara Reynolds jewelry. Oh yes, I explain who I am and hadn't heard back. Oh give me about 10 minutes and I will email you the information. Over an hour later, I send a text at this point because it is obvious the number listed is her cell, say I never received the information. I tell her I feel like something is really wrong with the lack of communication. She inform me her permanent assistant is out on maternity leave and her fill in has the package and the shipment label on her desk and she did not ship it. She said she would ship with fast shipping include a gift certificate. I'm very aggravated because my daughters Bday is on the 6th but at least I will have it to give to her by her bday party. Nope. No Package! Its explained the it went out and was on it's way back to her because the label was expired. At this point we are on 02/12/2018. So I respectfully say, I will be requesting a refund she says she will send pictures as proof she tried to ship, etc. Never did, today is 02/15/2018, I had to submit for a dispute can take 90 days to get my money back for the ring which was $223 and that is a lot for me. My daughter did not get a gift for her 16th Birthday and I am completely heart broken over it. I have to wait until I get that money back to get a replacement gift. I would not suggest this seller. Gorgeous Items, needs someone responsible to run her business though. Very unreliable. It was hard to have to put that 1 Star. Order at your own risk.
