l wish I would have listened to all the negative reviews as the store managers are pretty much useless. I had to get a hold of corporate to leave a complaint as the head store manager didn't want to help us with an engagement ring I recently purchased. The ring was damaged and we wanted help on getting it resolved quickly. She was short on the phone when we finally we're able to talk to her and didn't even call us back when she said she needed to look into the account. Zales also lied right to us stating that all managers leave after 4:30 p.m. which was clearly a lie since I bought the ring well after 5 p.m. from the assistant store manager. I've also been in the store after 5 and a store manager has been present so to me it seems like they just didn't want to talk to us. When we told the manager we probably won't be buying wedding bands there due to the poor quality of the engagement ring, she proceeded to say "well that's our choice if we want to go elsewhere". She even asked if we wanted to exchange the ring for a different one as if she "knew" the quality on the ring I purchased wasn't good. Who says that after I took the time to pick out the specific ring I wanted?!? The only reason I went to Zales in the first place is because I found the ring I wanted at a reasonable price. Now I'm regretting it and thinking about just returning the ring altogether and going elsewhere. Other places are more willing to help you and actually care to keep your business, not send you away. I advise going somewhere else. edit: Thankfully I was well within my 60 day return time as I ended up returning the ring for a full refund. I was pleasantly surprised they didn't try to keep me as a customer. They simply refunded my money on the Zales credit card and I was on my way. Granted I now I have to deal with the credit card company to get my money back since I already paid 1 month on it. Zales needs to do better.

If I could give this place 0 out of 5 I would. Worst customer service. I bought the “life time protection plan” for my platinum engagement ring. My ring is 4 months old and has 8 loose diamonds. When I went to go send it out they said they wouldn’t work on it. SERIOUSLY?! Management is a joke at this store. Do not buy anything here; they want the money for your sale but don’t want to help you when there’s an issue. Calling customer service I’m the morning to hopefully resolve this. Edit: After a month back and forth with corporate, this store and 3 other Zales locations my ring was fixed (it just took a month and a half to get back). Yes, I was a FULL TIME employee of Zales for 3 years and part time for several moths towards the end. During that period I never called in to work sick, was never late, absent, written up for behavior or had customer complaints against me. I pride myself on treating people how I want to be treated and tried to empathize for what customers were going through. I was with Zales prior to Signet even buying them. I transferred to this store from my home store in Louisiana. I know the guideline and protocal is on the protection plan, diamond commitment is as well as a vask knowledge of jewelry and jewelry repairs. I left with a proper 2 1/2 week notice to pursue a different career all together. And for the period I was part time towards the end I was working both a 40 hour a week job plus driving 40+ minutes (one way) to work 20-25 hours a week at Zales. With that in mind if they are going to treat an ex employee badly why would you want to shop here?

Would never order onling from them again 7-10days just to process not including shipping time. Then when i called to cancel and get a refund they tell me they can't i havr to wait until its sent out then return it to a store. In all honesty this is why everybody told me not to go through them i should have listen. And this was for my wedding and as of now its looking like he will not have his ring so so upseting they dont tell you this before they take your money. And dont even allow you a option to pay EXTRA for faster shipping.

At first my experience was bad with this company. But as soon as I ask to speak to a supervisor everything was settled. Great company, you just have to talk to the right people!!!!!!!

The customer service here is top notch. I’ve had nothing but excellent service here. Eric and Jane are wonderful. I recognize one of the (negative) reviewers names from a business card I got at Zales months ago. Kjersti Cogburn, was an employee at this location. Best of luck to her!!!!!!!!!!
