I would NEVER do business with them again. I stopped by tonight to pick up my engagement ring that was being fixed (which they NEVER called me about). I walked into the store (there was no one else in there) and the lady at the front looked at me, said NOTHING, and started heading towards the back. She directed someone else to help me although she was doing nothing (aside from being rude of course). Extremely UNimpressed here. You do not spend that much money to receive such POOR service. 😡

Hate the staff at the Southridge location so gave this store a try. Renee was very helpful and setup an appointment on a dayvthey had a sale to get me a good deal. She's very nice and helpful! I'll get any future purchases through her.

The staff was very rude. Been shopping at kays for years. But safe to say never will again.

I had came in twice to look at the engagement ring that I wanted and when my future husband came in and was about to order the wrong ring size that guy in the store quickly corrected him and made the adjustment, which is amazing, like the place next door where everyone knows you name, otherwise the selection is small.... I'm not sure I would had bought there if there wasn't a good deal going on.
