Went in a couple of years ago to research an engagement ring knowing absolutely nothing about jewelry. Gregg helped me figure out what I was looking for and while staying in budget. Skip to 2 years later, my fiance and I went in again to research the process and the staff helped right away and again keeping within our budget. Have had no problems and nothing but positive experiences. Each visit is also very quick and efficient. Big thank you to all.

I love this jeweler. Lorry is so helpful and patient and I have never felt pressured into a purchase. They have helped us outside of purchasing their items, i.e. sizing, and setting my diamond. We will always choose Powers first for our jewelry needs before the big box. Prices, you're not necessarily going to pay more and you get much better service!

Lorry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the entire process easy and comfortable. I could not recommend Powers enough for an engagement ring purchase. She helped me a year earlier on another purchase and very happy I chose to use her again. Will be going back for all future purchases. 10/10.

This family owned business is the best experience in Milwaukee for all your jewelry needs. They helped my fiance from start to finish when purchasing my engagement ring. Lorry has the best recommendations, and is very knowledgeable. The store is conveniently located and very enjoyable atmosphere!

This place is AMAZING! They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. They are especially trustworthy. We have bought multiple pieces here and have sent our friends here as well. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to go here. The customer service is unbeatable and we love how they really try to find something you love within your budget. We went here after getting ripped off at another jewelry store and we were very hesitant to buy anything. However, after spending a few minutes in powers they really made us feel safe and we fully trusted them with our decision! Go here to get your jeweler because they are outta this world amazing!
