Outstanding place, only jewelry store I go to. If Sue retires I don't know where I would go to.

Best jewelry store any ware, very pleasant

I have been going to Fortier's for a couple years now and always receive the best service from everyone who works there. Haven't been disappointed once. Everyone is always willing to help and answer questions with a smile on their face. If they don't have what you are looking for in the store they are more then happy to check around and see what they can find for you. They fix and size things very quickly, unlike other places I have gone when I have waited weeks for things to be done, they have them done within days...very impressed. Will continue to go to them for all my jewelry needs.

I went in to get a steel wrist watch re-sized to be one link bigger. The first time I walked out of the store, they had made the watch one link smaller. The second time I walked out of the store, they had made the watch four links larger. I ended up watching a 2-minute YouTube video and re-did the job myself. It's too bad I can't get back the time I wasted there.

I've gotten the best service here. The prices are the most fair without huge markups like the chain jewlers you find in the mall. The quality is superb. I've recommended Fortiers to all my friends.
