My husband purchased a chain and a charm for me for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, the chain slipped off my neck and I lost both the chain and the charm. This has never happened to me before so I went back into the store and shared my dilemma. The very helpful sales clerk replaced the charm for me free of charge. When I told my coworkers about my positive experience, they were not surprised. The personal care they give you at this store is evident from the moment you step inside.

My family, from Sheffield , TX, wanted to buy some Christmas gifts and their FB/website said they were open 11:00-7:00 today, Sunday. Shame on you!

I shop this store several times a month. Service is defined 5 star. Products are the finest. My fiancé absolutely loves everything I've ever bought her there.
