They made a custom wedding ring for us 9 years ago, it was perfect. Fast forward to this year 2017, my stone cracked, brought it back in to be repaired and it took forever! They didn't have the right size stone and they said they called around but no one had that size. So I wanted my ring back and they put in a different stone for the time being. Once I had my ring back I hated it, they changed the setting and it caught on everything, my hair, clothing. I had to stop wearing it. So since every time I've called to see if they have my stone they keep making excuses we went somewhere else and guess what they had the correct stone and had it completed within 2 days and it cost LESS than how much Richards charged us. I'm so much happier with this other company! I don't know if Richards has changed management, but I will never go back there again.

Small very nice, only real complaint is low on the tech side. They had to look up paper records to show that I had paid my deposit. But they Are very friendly and loved the experience.

One of the prongs on my ring was bent, I came here to have it repaired, I also had my rings cleaned and re-dipped in rhodium. They were done in one day and my rings look beautiful, they are so shiny! I had the same thing done two years ago somewhere else, it took three weeks and cost three times as much! I would recommend Richard's Manufacturing Jewelers to anybody!
