What a blessing Schwarzschild Jewelers has been to me and my family over the years! In most recent times (the last 5 or 6 years) Natalina Klus has exemplified caring professionalism and competence in assisting me with finding perfect gifts on special occasions. She's the first one I think of (other than the one I'm buying for) at times like that. I see Schwarzschild Jewelers as a company with a storied past and a bright future.

Natalina and the team at Schwarzschild are wonderful to buy from. In my experience, they have all been incredibly knowledgeable about their products, provide the right amount information regarding each piece, and genuinely want to provide you with the best item for what you are looking for. Every time I come in, be it for a purchase, browsing, or any form of maintenance, the staff is always professional, engaging, and provides a pleasant experience that makes me actually want to come back instead of the more traditional pushing sales people. What I also like is that this store has the ‘Estate Collection’ which consists of previously worn items that are available for discounted prices, which can mean some great deals. All in all, each my purchases have been fantastic and I look forward to purchasing from the team here again in the future.

Natalina is the most professional and sincere sales person that I’ve ever met. She has helped me buy jewelry for myself and helped my husband surprise me with beautiful jewelry that I love. Natalina even helped us through a watch repair saga that was resolved beautifully. I couldn’t ask for more from a professional and a person. Thanks for all of your help through the years! RM

I worked with Danny at the Carytown location to find just the right item for my wife. I was more than impressed with his eagerness to understand her style and interests so we could find a good match. I never felt like I was being sold anything I didn't want. It was like working with a consultant. Great attention to detail, from the moment I entered the store to the gift-wrapping. A wonderful experience that led to a well-received gift. Thanks!

Schwarzschild jewelers in Carytown are always a pleasure to deal with! I have very many special lady friends so have to do a lot of shopping here. The store manager Natalina is always especially helpful during the process. Whether it be a watch or a ring, her vast knowledge of all the products in the store always instills 100% confidence in my purchase. Several times I’ve probably needed hours of assistance to be able to make the right decision, and I have never felt rushed at all. Looking forward to my next visit!
