I had lost my engagment ring in November, my insurance company pointed me to the direction of Executive Diamond Services. For 2 months a lovely woman named Janis has helped me with the entire process, explaining everything in detail when I had questions and kept me posted on the process of my new ring that was being made. I just got my ring today and they did an absolutely outstanding job, it's so beautiful! Thank you Janis and team for making my experience stress free and smooth!

My wife and I decided to have her engagement and wedding ring redesigned. A friend of ours highly recommended Executive Diamond and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision. My wife met with Garry and was so impressed with his expertise and knowledge. He took time with her to create exactly what she was looking for, a unique one of a kind piece. Garry made a design by incorporating all of her diamonds from both rings into a exquisite one piece and we are both so happy. Garry took the time to explain the entire process to her and we were involved with every step, from the sketch, the mold and then the final piece. Garry made us feel so at ease and we knew we would not be disappointed, we cannot say enough how impressed we are. We also highly recommend Executive Diamond Services!!!

At the time when I bought my Fiances engagement ring from Tracey, she told us both my Fiance and I that we could get any cleaning or rhodium plating done on the ring for free. The next time I come in, I'm told that there needs to be some kind of maintenance plan for the ring but I tell the lady at the front that Tracey would allow it. (it seems that Tracey is not working here anymore however) I drop off the ring and am told that everything will be free since I paid for the ring here and assumed it would be included since it was what Tracey promised. Then a couple days later I'm told it will cost $60 dollars to pay for it even though I was promised it that the rhodium plating will be free any time we came into the store. Not happy with how this was handled at all. I want to get the plating and cleaning I was promised in the first place! I had a bit of a misunderstanding of what Rhodium plating and cleaning a ring was and was given an excellent explanation of the difference between the two. I was even given a free rhodium plating for this ring for the next time. Issue was handled quite well and very fast. Upgrading this review to 5 stars :)

I cannot find words to describe my experience at Executive Diamond!! The ladies were so welcoming, friendly and personable. Janis took the time to work with me and found me the most AMAZING wedding band. I didn’t feel like just another customer I truly felt like Janis cared about who I was ❤️ HIGHLY recommend anyone to do business here! I’ll be sending my husband back for an anniversary band for sure. THANK YOU
