If I could give it one stars I would, the Asian lady there was very rude and completely ignored my presence. Didn't even offer me any other options for rings for the price point I was looking for. Have you heard of up sell? You ARE on commission are you not? I would of gladly have spent a bit more than my budget if you had provided a better service. I could care less of your 25% discount. Walked over to Carat Jewelers few stores down spent double the amount and had amazing service. Plus they don''t even have sizes in stock, everything were special orders and needed to wait 4-6 weeks which I thought was ridiculous.

Always nice people. I take my ring in every 6 months to get it checked for my lifetime guarantee. Never have a problem.

Update: revisited to get my jewelry inspected again and was even more impressed by the service. Leti is excellent with customers and I've decided that the next time I need to purchase jewelry it will be at this store. BEYOND exceptional service. ... Went to get my necklace and earrings inspected and was helped right away by a friendly girl. There has been a knot in my chain for a while now and I asked her if she could try and get it out. She got it out and did my inspection in no time at all. Best service I've recieved at a people's jewelry store!

Your business just lost a sale. I went in to buy a ring for my mother for Christmas. On your website you were advertising Sterling silver rings for $40. When I inquired the older woman at your store said they had very limited silver in store. Instead of upwelling me or even suggesting something else she walked off and ignored me. Walked over to Paris jewellers and tripled my budget cause the lady there helped me and didn t sneer at the idea of selling silver not gold.
