Amazing place. I have an intricate silver bracelet that needed repair and they were able to repair it beautifully right on the spot. Very kind and courteous staff. Highly recommend!

My husband and I purchased my Tacori engagement ring from Adamas in late 2014. For the short story: 1. They lied about the ring not being able to be sized. 2. They were not authorized to work on Tacori rings. Because they did, I no longer have a warranty on my ring and much of the milgrain detailing was lost. Tacori would have refinished the ring for life if it was still under warranty. 3. The jeweller lied about synthetic gems and refused to work with them. Instead he overcharged us on a mediocre quality sapphire. 4. They sized my finger wrong, so my rings were way too big after the work they did on them. It's extremely expensive to have work done on platinum rings, so I have yet to spend the money to have them properly sized. 5. They offered no diamond protection plan or warranty on my ring, despite us spending over $10,000. They were annoyed when I came back 6 months later to have my centre stone tightened. Most reputable jewellery stores offer free ring sizing and diamond loss guarantees, and this place was rude over a simple stone tightening! They also didn't explain that platinum starts out softer than gold, so that is to be expected, until the metal hardens over time.

We wanted to get my engagement ring re-sized but didn't want to have to wait the 7-14 days most other places required, while it was more expensive, they were able to do it that day! I am so happy to be able to wear my ring and that I didn't have to send it away for a long period of time. The staff were incredibly professional, very honest and friendly, I highly recommend visiting them for whatever you may need.

The price for a service I used many times in the past was $15 higher this time around. I will no longer be a returning customer.
