Review for Wayne and Anna only: Wayne was a nice gentleman who helped me remove the divers extension on my Sea Dweller. Had a pleasant chat with both Wayne and Anna. They are really nice people and I would recommend dealing with them.

I walked into Monte Cristo last year dressed casually (no designer clothes!) for the first time last year and Dennis provided great customer service. Never bought anything from them before and Dennis was courteous and knowledgeable about watches. Definitely no pressure and encouraged me to try on watches way out of my budget. Spent almost an hour talking watches and had a great experience. Other staff served tea while we chatted. Dennis was able to get me what I wanted with a short wait, would definitely deal with Dennis again for my next purchase.

We went in to buy a watch with friends and family. Dennis came to help us. He started with an attitude because we went in casual without any designer clothes on. Then there was a miscommunication 5 mins during the negotiation about price. he started to get impatient that he was pointing finger at us. What’s even more absurd is that he started to raise his voice and started a big argument with us. When we asked to see a manager, we were told that they did not have any managers at the store. We asked that who was in charge of customer service, they said they didn’t have anyone who’s in charge. At this point, no one in the whole store came up to help to resolve this issue. This is a ridiculous experience!!!!! And it is a high end boutique??? High end how?? Just because we were having a casual day and not wearing designer clothes ??? So we deserved to be treated with unbelievably rude attitude??? He even started a fight with the customer???? When I said Oh my God I can’t believe this, he replied, ok tonight I go home and see if I can see God....

Would give negative stars. They are deceitful and untrustworthy people to do business with. They do not keep the steel sports Rolex in the display case but they keep it hidden in the safe in the back for their VIPs. When someone comes in and inquires about Steel Sport stock and they say they don’t have anything they are being dishonest as they most likely have some in the back. They only sell them to flippers and not watch enthusiasts, they openly tell you you have to buy hard to sell items from us first or bundle with a hard to sell item to sell you the watch you want and this is not even for the popular steel sports like Batman, Pepsi and Daytona’s but for explorers and non hulk submariners.. very disappointed.

Bought my wife a Rolex from Gianni. Loved the great service, he's one of the old school type of jeweler who truly cares about this product and his customers. The buying process was painless and I felt I got a good deal (verified online later that I did) on her dream watch. Gianni put a lot of care and attention in explaining all the small details to her and adjusted it for a good fit. We then had some Expresso to celebrate. I'd come again for sure! People who says he has bad service might have just caught him on an off day or was rude themselves. He treated me like a king and I was dressed like a bum.
