Laura restored my grandmother’s ring from 1947 (pic attached) and it is absolutely gorgeous! She took a lot of time and care to consult and explain what she planned to do. She is extremely skilled and I couldn’t be more happy. My Granny would have been so pleased!!! She also repaired my wedding ring which had severed by adding a very well thought out addition that was perfectly in line with the original design.

I had the most pleasant encounter with Laura in her shop. I came in to discretely measure ring sizes for an engagement ring so right off the bat, I let Laura know that I wasn’t going to buy anything in her shop. I would have expected that this influenced the service level, but it absolutely didn’t. For almost an hour, Laura took her time to chat with me, help me with the sizing, share anecdotes about fun marriage proposals, and overall just giving me a great time. I will forever recommend Laura’s to anyone in the Vancouver area looking for jewellery! Thank you, Laura (ant btw, Anne said yes)

Laura did a fantastic job of custom wedding rings for both of us. I started my search at the big jewelers and was having trouble justifying value for money. On a whim, I decided to walk into Laura's shop and I'm so glad I did! Unlike the big stores, she had the skill to educate us on material and process. I brought in an inspiration photo and she had no problem creating exactly the pieces we envisioned within our budget. She even pre-screened 6 different stones, explained her selection method, and let us pick the diamond we liked the best! We are both very particular about design and we find a lot of jewelry uncomfortable and distracting. We cannot believe how gorgeous and comfortable our pieces are - they fit just perfectly and feel like they were always meant to be there! Thank you Laura for becoming an ally and friend, making an otherwise stressful process fun...and the end result just perfect.

Giving this superb jewelry Design shop 5 stars for their fantastic service, beautiful shop, professionalism, not to mention the stunning jewelry collection with one of a kind pieces designed by Laura. Went in to have my wedding rings rhodium plated. Laura was able to get them finished while I waited and they were simply sparkling afterward! Very happy and I will be returning to find that 'one of a kind' piece for myself in the future. Highly recommend this gem of a shop in beautiful Kitsilano, Vancouver, BC.

Amazing experience! My fiancée and I designed our engagement ring with Laura. We were both first time buyers with little experience in stones or jewelry design. She took hours helping us decide on cut, size, and colour. She was also very accommodating in terms of our price range. She ordered in all sorts of diamonds in our preferred style and worked with us to choose one in person. In addition to the stone she also has a wealth of knowledge concerning metal work. She helped us choose the band that went best with our diamond. I could not imagine going to anyone else in the future when it comes to jewellery. She has me as a customer for life.
