Went here on mother’s day to get a last minute gift. Upon entering the boutique I was greeted, then I stood around for about ten minutes. I was offered no assistance what so ever. At the time there were four employees, only one of them looked busy. So there I was on mother’s ready to spend whatever amount for my mom but no one wanted my business. I decided to talk to one of the girls who replied by saying “oh I thought someone had already served you”. At this point I just wanted to get out of there, so I went to polar ice where I was served 2.5 seconds after stepping in the store. The lovely lady who I had the pleasure to be served by made everything short and sweet. If I could zero stars I would. Swarovski for the way your jewelry is priced the service should be a lot better. You can go to Walmart and get that type of service 😑
