Being new to getting items appraised, I didn’t have a ton of questions to ask and was only interested in selling. Jesse took the time to explain useful information that I could have skipped out on, like how I can set up an agreement to loan the bag and come back for it when I have the money. Anyway, for a first-timer, I was impressed! I’m looking forward to bringing in more things and discover what they’re actually worth. Two thumbs up!

I've been working with them for 2 years and every time they have been professional, polite and understanding. Their fees are reasonable. It is a pleasure to work with them, and id definitely work with them again

I have been divorced for a while and selling the engagement ring was the last piece of the "marriage" that kept me from moving on. I sent them a few pictures of the ring through facebook and got an offer I couldn't refuse. They were emphatic, very accommodating and the whole process was pain-free! Would recommend to anyone who wants to get rid of their "excess baggage"!

If you’re looking for an appraiser with honest opinions and no side of nonsense, go to Biltmore Loan in Chandler! I’ve had my fair share of awful experiences with a bunch of appraisers who don’t know what they’re doing. Jesse is not one of them.

Here's my advise do your. homework first because I did my items are going for several hundreds of dollars and more. He didn't even take the time to view them personally... Not did he research them as he claimed to have. zero stars...total false advertising....
