As I entered the staff greeted me. A very helpful young man helped me in the shoes area. He had to go back 3 times, and I hated doing that too him. His last time back there they didnt have the boot in my size. He said he could order it for me with sale price and free shipping. If it didnt fit I could bring it back in store and they would help me refund. This was a no brainer, i ordered the shoes. They were so patient, accommodating and made it easy to shop with them!! Thank you Guess, I'll be back!!

Today my husband and i went to go look for a purse. As I walked towards my husband to show him which purse I liked he then showed me some cute tees for my daughter and one girl came up to me which was an employee and said are you taking that I just said no because it got me mad I didn't even get a chance to show my husband. She was so rude!

Found very good collections of t-shirts and also for kids. Very limited sandals but had good ones like party wear.

The store associates--particularly the ones working the dressing rooms--have a tendency to just stare at you and your handful of clothes until you verbally ask for a room. They'll take you to a room, without acknowledging that you even spoke, but not before you're made to feel like the largest inconvenience they've ever had in their retail career.
