Everyone was friendly and the customer service was the best to offer! The work done was beautiful. It was so refreshing to walk in and be greeted by name after only one visit but also to a calm atmosphere in today's fast paced world. I highly recommend the Diamond Gallery.

I came here not knowing what exactly I wanted in my wedding ring. After speaking with Ken and learning about his background and experience in the jewelry industry I knew I was in good hands. My husband was extremely impressed with Ken's knowledge and willingness to not only help us make the right choice but with the time he took to explain the process in having a ring designed & made for us. Ken encouraged me to take my time in selecting a design that spoke to me, one that was a reflection of our marriage & union. I have never had a ring made for me from a design I selected so I wasn't sure of how this was going to go. After researching so many rings and making a selection I contacted Ken, & I was excited when Ken said he loved the design and that he would be able to make the ring. Let me say that my ring is the most beautiful artwork that I have ever seen. The craftsmanship, quality, & the brilliance of the ring is truly amazing. We honestly don't know how we had not visited this jewelry store before. What I do know is that we are loyal customers from here on out. If you are looking for a one of a kind ring, pendant or any piece of jewelry that will be a heirloom in your family for many years to come this is the place to visit.

One of two jewelers I have found over the years --the other where I purchased it but is no longer in business --that I have entrusted with my 45 year old wedding ring for repair. The owner and coworker were very informative and willing to go the "extra mile" to ensure a thorough yet quick completion. (Even the background music is delightful!)

My wife lost one of three one ct. diamonds from her ring. I went to five other jewelers to find a diamond to match the remaining two.Typically, they tried to sell a diamond that was graded higher than the lost one and much more expensive. I was also offended by the emphasis on materialism in many of the jewelry stores. At the Diamond Gallery Ken Smith (owner) was honest in his appraisal of the lost stone. He went out of his was to find a stone from a vendor that matched the remaining stones. Ken even met with me after hours to accommodate my schedule. He listened to what I wanted and took a genuine interest in our situation. I highly recommend the Diamond Gallery and in the future I will not bother going any where else.

This place is amazing! The pieces they have are stunning! I have several items from them, and my fiancee just recently had my engagement ring custom made by them. Ken and his staff have always made me feel welcome and have treated me with the utmost kindness and patience. I highly recommend them to all, you won't be disappointed!
