Excellent experience! I needed a ring appraised, but who do you trust? I was referred to The Jewelry Factory by a friend, and I am so grateful! The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming and fun to converse with. They're filled with knowledge and efficient with their timing and setting up appointments. Although I went for an appraisal, I was thoroughly impressed by all the services they provide. Looking forward to doing business with them again some day. Thank you!

A jewelry family for over 100 years, we operate a comfy showroom in North Hollywood by appointment only & have early hours during the week, personal service for repairs or custom work AND have a ton of jewelry online. Huge variety & selection of engagement rings & diamonds in every size, shape & price range. We want to be your best family in the business, give us a call & let us see how we can help! My gold necklace with Hebrew letter clasp was fixed perfectly and the entire necklace was returned cleaned and polished. It looked like it have never been worn (51 years old). Thanks for a great job!
