Sarkis is a gem! Soon after I moved to the valley, I got engaged and we needed a place to get my ring resized. In researching and calling around the area we were referred to see Sarkis at Jasmins Fine Jewelry. Family owned and operated, wonderful people with true passion and talent for what they do. Since getting my ring resized, we have also ordered (3) additional jewelry pieces (including our wedding bands) that are customized from our creative collaboration with Sarkis. The quality, attention to detail and consideration of budget is everything we could hope for in a jeweler, but Sarkis and his family go even beyond that with their availability to the customer and patience in hepling us find or create exactly what we want. Every question and visit has been welcomed and answered with honesty and sound advice. So thankful and happy, highly recommend!

Sarkis @ Jasmin's Fine Jewelery in Encino is a throwback to quality customer service. The first time my fiance and I came in, we had already purchased an engagement ring. Sarkis pulled some strings and kindly had it sized while we waited. Fast forward almost a year later. We came in again, to look at wedding bands. He had NO IDEA that we had already extensively shopped for exactly what we wanted. Instead he took the time to ask questions and ask us detailed questions about all aspects of what we wanted and showed many examples along the way. In the end, he earned the business for BOTH our wedding bands because he was patient, genuine, not pushy, and made the jewelry buying experience pleasant. Many other places were pushing the sale, not Sarkis.. he was putting our long-term happiness first. Patty at Jasmines Fine Jewelry was really nice to work with. She talked to me about what would wear well and be the most durable. I absolutely love my ring!!!!!! We live in California and even though Jasmines Fine Jewelry are across the country things went smoothly!

If you've ever been afraid of buying jewelry because you don't know how "honest" they are, you can rest assured you get the quality and value you expect. I have done business with Jasmine's son, Vegan,for a few years now, and he has always seen to it that I get professional service and a very fair deal. I don't even consider shopping anywhere else when I am in the market for fine jewelry. I live out of state, but always save my jewelry shopping for my trips to California.
