I too bought a ring from Daniel's at Crenshaw mall and they told me I could bring it back to be resized. Just like the other person who wrote the same thing 1 year prior to my review , Yuri told me I would have to pay to get it resized when they told me when I bought it, it would be free. I told them I'm going to return the ring and she told me I couldn't. I read the receipt and it said I could return it within 10 days, which it was. Then she tried to tell me since I bought it on clearance I couldn't return it. The receipt did not say any such thing. Then she told me since I used my debit card they would have to refund me in cash and they didn't have enough money on hand. She told me so many different lies it's incredible. I left with the ring, came back later and she refunded my money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! THEY ARE CROOKS WHO TRY TO DO A BAIT AND SWITCH AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!
