Purchased a wedding ring set from this company and purchased the "lifetime warranty" I've been taking my ring to have diamonds checked every 6 months as required by the contract in order for it to be valid and upon my last visit I was told the company filed bankruptcy and canceled the lifetime warranty. One of my diamonds fell out which I have, but they will not fix it under the warranty. Bad business

My experience was very bad. They are liquidating and lies just to sell the products and once you pay them they won’t return it back or refund you. I wanted to get a ring for my wife’s birthday as time was approaching I stopped looking online just because online shopping takes time to deliver a product. So, I went to Samuels and they said they can resize the ring before her birthday and promised they will deliver by that time. But, they failed to deliver and also didn’t notify me that the ring is not ready and I ended up driving there for an hour and not having that present for my wife. I had to go there another time to pick up the ring. Horrible customer service. I won’t recommend Samules to anybody.

The saleswoman was very well versed in the subject of diamonds. I felt good about making a large purchase there. I will definitely return again to Samuels at Arden Fair Mall to purchase diamonds.

Great prices and offer 4 years at 0%.

Informed that they are no longer honoring their Trade Up program and that they have filed for chapter 11 very disappointed that they will not honor their own program. Will be taking my business elsewhere
