I have shopped here for years. They have the BEST design's of any jewler I have ever done business with. They are ethical, give great sale prices twice yearly. John Moretti designed my wedding band combining several rings into one. They also have the best contemporary styles, I even made a mistake getting a second necklace similar to one I had and he allowed an exchange. My husband is always safe purchasing a gift certificate here. He is the ONLY jeweler I go to. Best in Colorado Springs!!

When I got engaged, Moretti’s sized my ring and got it back to me the same day. The owner was so sweet to acknowledge that I wanted to show my ring off and made me a priority. Quality job and awesome customer service!!!

I've been taking my jewelry there for 8 years for repairs and such. I had my old wedding band melted down and made into a new ring, it was BEAUTIFUL! I have never had a problem...reading these other reviews surprises me. John, the owner, is a very nice man. I have never had any problems with any customer service or work done. I recommend them through and through!

My mom has been going there for years. I don't wear much jewelry, BUT I needed my wedding ring cut off and he did it in seconds and didn't charge me. He's got my vote!

I have never posted a review online before. But, I've never been treated so rudely before either! So, it goes without saying that I don't even mind that I can't figure out how to remove my name. Today, I went in to have earrings posts replaced. The girl at the counter brought them into the back to see about it. The place isn't sound proof and I clearly heard them discuss in disgust "we don't do those kinds of posts". Clearly a misunderstanding as clerk was then being shown how to look up the price in a book. All that was fine. This elderly couple walked out of the back during this exchange and remember thinking "how adorable, they remind me of my in-laws." As the female owner (I assume) was helping the clerk understand the process, I walked over to them. The owner told me the price, stating it all had to do with the cost of gold. I explained they were platinum, because not knowing anything about jewelry, I didn't know if the type of post had to be the same as the setting. Not only did the elderly gentlemen huff, but so did the owner. At this point, I figured I'm in the wrong place for me. So, I started picking up my earrings and preparing to leave. I thanked her and then explained that we weren't a fit. "It doesn't look like you do this often, so I'll try someplace else." She started yelling at me telling me that they have been in business for 35 years, they clearly know what they are doing. And that I came in with a chip on my shoulder. Words were exchanged and I turned to walk away. The elderly woman asked if I needed a tissue which was very confusing to me. She explained so I could whip the chip off my shoulder. Ok, these guys might be awesome for their long term customers. But, they apparently don't want or need any new ones!
