Fossil Outlet Store

This is my favorite place to buy a watch. I have purchased three from here. They are always friendly and helpful. They even helped me special order a watch & had it sent to my house. They have a great selection from several manufacturers. I have brought watches here to be service with great happiness on the returned product. And today they even stayed late to help me with a watch that ended up just having a dead battery. Thank you and keep up the great work.

HORRIBLE customer service. I wanted the wander fossil q watch and they didn't have it in store with the 40% off. So I asked if there was a way for me to get that discount and he looked at me and said "no". I understand why. But then he was on the iPad trying to add the watch to the bag and it froze we were waiting for it to be added to the bag for about 20 minutes and it wasn't loading. Then he walked away with the iPad that wasn't loading and went with the coworkers and didn't even say a word to me and stayed over with them for another 10-15 minutes. Eventually they went to a computer to try to finish the transaction and it didn't work so they had to go ANOTHER computer and it didn't work again. So they ended up putting the hotspot on one of the employees phones and going on the iPad again and asked me to put my info in once again. Then the employee who was helping me needed help again and the lady that was helping him said "well does she need the 2 day shipping" while I was standing in front of them the whole time and they could've easily asked me. So instead I wasted around 35 minutes in the fossil store alone to end up not even getting the watch I wanted because I could've just ordered the watch on my phone since they were having so many problems and didn't know how to communicate with the customer. This is the closest fossil store to me because I live in Jacksonville, FL. I'm very disappointed because this has been my favorite watch store, all my watches are fossil. I'm very upset.

Walked into the store just to associates and an officer no one said hello or welcomed me walked around in the store for about 3 more minutes and was never acknowledged, a couple walked in and they immediately spoke and offered assistance. I will never walk in there store again....piss poor

I have a great report with everyone who works there. I feel like a superstar when I go into this star because everyone takes the time to make my experience excellent. I do recommend this location highly it is worth the drive people from Jacksonville. Leah and Tyler are phenomenal.
