Colleen was our sales professional and she helped me find a new wedding ring for my wife. Its our 5 year anniversary and she provided nothing but a top notch sales experience. The wife was happy with the choice I made but wanted to exchange it and explore other options. We went back and she treated us the same way as day one, five stars for sure and I'll be back to purchase a Rolex from her as well!

The sales staff was most helpful, not pushy, but truly interested in what I wanted to purchase. After showing me several in-store options, we elected to place a custom order. The process was easy, the price well understood and the overall customer experience was just amazing. Thank you Carleen Norris for the outstanding customer support and attention to detail...

Minnie did a great job showing me several settings that i was looking for. She also showed a several diamonds and sizes until we found the one we loved. She kept me updated on when my ring would be ready and I was able to pick before I left for Christmas with my family. Thank you for a great experience!
