I went in this past July you casually looking at rings. I met the gentleman named Larry, Who took the time to discuss with me not only what I was looking for but what exactly my needs were. I never once felt like I was dealing with a sales person. Larry made it feel more like a consultative appointment. Once we figured out exactly what style and price range, we set them aside so my wife could pick out which ones she liked. Larry not only was a gentleman, but was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. You can tell he truly enjoys building relationships with his customers and enjoys the entire industry as a whole. If every industry had representatives like Larry, the world in my opinion, would be a better place.

Larry was such a great help picking out the ear rings I bought. I came in with only 10min left to the centers closing time. The reason I came in late was that I needed to find a special gift I needed for an anniversary that day. He took his time and showed me everything and anything I wanted to know about or had questions about. I suggest anyone going here should ask for him. Larry was so good that he was able to overcome his manager trying to rush me out of the store as it was apparent my sale wasn't good enough reason for the manager to stay just a few minutes after. Also, the coin specialist in the store was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I'll be back to buy more coins from him and jewelry from Larry. I'd give them 6 stars if it was possible.

My fiance and I had a phenomenal experience choosing her new engagement ring. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. We were helped by Jennifer, who took us by the hand and made sure to show us all the different options that we had to choose from. Jennifer was super knowledgeable but was able to educate us on what we were looking at. She seriously spent some good quality time with us, and for that we are very grateful. My fiance can't stop showing off her ring and talking about it they've got really good deals go check it out.

The only place I will shop for jewelry from now on. Larry made the whole process very comfortable and easy. I felt like I walked out with a new friend on top of jewelry! I highly recommend IDC and go see Larry if you want the best experience!
