I read the reviews here. There is no mis communication in the store. They are like that. I strongly believe that if you are not going to spend $500 or better, they don't want to waste their time. The repair on my bracelet was a horrible job and they could not give me a written receipt stating what they did. He broke it further. Aldo....I'm the paying customer. You inconvenienced me. They are fake. Aldo is not friendly. He acts like it is an inconvenience to him that you stepped into his store. His store is old. His views are old. His English is not understandable. Don't waste your time . There are other fine jewelers for purchasing and for repair.....1 right across the street, 1 at the Millenia Mall, 1 right on Kirkman toward Colonial, etc.

At first I thought well this isn't going to go to well! I just needed a battery replaced in my watch. Seems there was a miscommunication among the staff. One though the other was helping me.. When the nice lady behind the counter realize no one had helped me yet. She apologized and took my watch to the back. Then when she came back out with my watch with a very big smile she apologize again for the inconvenience. She handed me my watch with a brand new battery in it told me Merry Christmas and again I apologize for the inconvenience. Battery replaced at no charge..Well that's what I call real customer service. They now have a new customer because of this I highly recommend Aldo's.

He is highly recommend. He is very professional. I tried to sell my watch & ring, but he told me that I get better prices with private sale, and he explained to me why, sincerely. Then, I had him repair the metal band of my watch. One piece of the parts was bad, so it cannot be used, and another parts was missing which I did not notice, so he needed to use his own. He also tightened the whole band and explained to me that I had missed the parts because it was loosened in the first place. When I picked it up, I had expected that he would charge me for all those parts and extra work done for my watch; however, he did not. I was a little surprised, so I gave him some gratuity, not a big amount. He declined a few times, but I insisted. He was humble and might be feeling bad for that, so offered me changing the battery. I was not going to wear it anymore so declined, but HE insisted this time :) He is a skilled craftsman who is NOT interested in overcharging or taking extra money from his customers who we see sometimes out there. I definitely go back to him.

These folks need to not be racial profiling and taking advantage of people that want to make a good living. Lies after lies and excuses. If people out there really want to rob a jewelry store this is it. Eye for an eye. Let them learn a valuable lesson. They did ripped us off. Avoid Aldo's jewelry store unless you want to bend over and grab your ankles and take it. Go to a mall same deals and more professional.

5 Star Jeweler and business for sure. Aldo is honest, humble and fair. I have never purchased jewelry from anywhere else and all of my friends go to him for their jewelry needs. Reading through the reviews, there was 1 person who has had rated a 1 star and that was after bringing an expensive watch that Aldo said he would need a few days to change the battery/fix. What this customer may not know is that Aldo has a personal watch man who specializes only in watches. For him to say he needed a few days was because he wanted the watch man to who specializes in all things watches to do his best work with an expensive piece. This is because he cares for his customers and their property. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else, if it is a far drive for you it is worth it to find an honest jeweler with quality pieces.
