My wife and I walked in while looking for a ring to match her current wedding band, just for the opposite side of her engagement ring. We had a salesman come right up to us and offer to help, which we highly appreciated, and after explaining what we were looking for he guided us towards their selection. There were roughly 7-8 rings that would have been excellent matches, however he constantly only showed us the more expensive options. We finally found one that we liked and were willing to purchase, however once the manager came over we changed our minds. He was very pushy and insisted that we open a line of credit with the store after we told him we could pay in cash. After we informed the manager and the salesman that we would have to think about it and shop around a little bit more they both became very pushy and kept insisting that we purchase that night. I understand wanting to make a sale, however every Jeweler I have ever purchased from has taken the time to get to know the customer and is rarely pushy or insistent on customers opening a line if credit with the store, especially after offering to pay in cash. The store was beautiful and the selection was decent, at best for rings, however the customer service from the managers and sales staff was lacking. We highly appreciated being taken seriously when we first walked in, but did not care for the manager's attitude or the salesman's attempts to push only the most expensive rings.

I went into the store not really looking to buy anything. Gerardo Rodriguez greeted us and asked if we needed help. We were just looking so he let us look but was availble when I was ready to look at a few watches. He was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I ended up purchasing a watch and I am very happy with it! It was a nice experience in your store and will definitely go back!

Roughly 10 days after having the ring in my possession I noticed a small diamond was missing. To be honest, I never paid close enough attention to the small diamonds around the sides to see if they were all there when the ring was delivered. I started making phone calls. The number on my invoice went unanswered. The US Customer Service number asks for an extension - you don't even have the ability to speak with someone! You can leave a message I believe. After several days and attempts to reach someone at the store I was finally successful. They were going to take care of the ring for me! They would send me a label and we could get this issue resolved. Here's where the issue arises. I get my return label via FedEx. I don't have a FedEx location local to me, I figured why can't I just send the package USPS with the address that was on the return label? So thats what I did. Well as I was told from the "returns manager" at the store, "if the delivery driver for USPS doesn't recognize the name that the package is addressed to, they will not deliver it. They only accept packages from FedEx, UPS, etc. THIS WAS NOT DISCLOSED TO ME before I mailed the package down for repair. I would have made the drive to find a FedEx location had I known this!! Fast forward to today, I mailed the package out on 11/22/17. It was "refused by sender" on 11/30/17. No one knows where my package is. Post Office says it was returned to sender (I don't have it), store says they never received it (they probably didn't because of the lack of communication with their customer!) So now I am in the process of filing a claim with the post office to try and locate my item. If I am able to recover it I will just eat the missing diamond and put my pretty piece of jewelry in the box - I'm not dealing with sending something across the country again for repair by a business who can not communicate with their customers. It just isn't worth the headache. They are probably a great jewelry store option for locals of Florida but I doubt if I would recommend them to any of my friends living or traveling in the Orlando area. **Update March 2018: Julius from the store contacted me and went above and beyond to make sure we found the package (which we did!), and stayed in constant contact with me while my ring was being repaired at no cost to me! I don't normally leave reviews but I am so glad I did for LoT by DI! I am so happy with the product I have now and all because Julius made me feel heard, and understood!**

We are a young couple. We walked in and felt we would be ignored because young people can’t usually afford top tier rings, which was true for us too. However, Mike Lopez walked up to us and talked to us in a way that felt like he would with any high end customer. He didn’t care to talk about any price range and took his time to explain the specifics behind purchasing a diamond. The information he gave us will for sure help our decision in a ring for the future, and we will come back to talk to Mike with further questions and to purchase our ring!
