I was in Sarasota for vacation I am from New York and I traveled a little over an hour to get to the Mont Blanc Tampa store. My wife and I were immediately greeted by Andrew and offered something to drink and then asked if I was looking for anything special. My wife and I had just come from the beach so we certainly didn't look the best but we were treated like gold by Andrew. Andrew walked me through the entire process, I had several questions and he helped me test out all the writing instruments I wanted to see. I was extremely happy with my experience and my purchase of the Uber Speed. I will be contacting Andrew in the near future for all of my future needs he is fantastic!

I was in Tampa for a cruise and tried to purchase a watch on board the ship. The personal on the boat felt very unprofessional and not willing to help with pricing. They had a 100% price match guarantee and only to find out there was at least 3 hoops to jump through to get that price, needless to say it was not worth it. I said when I get back to Tampa I will have a look around. He told me you cannot find this brand in Tampa. (I will not name drop the other watch brand.) I really liked the style of watch on board the boat. On our way to the Cheese Cake Factory, we walked through the mall only to find your store. I really like Montblanc watches. The watch brand on board was less expensive, however the cruise ship experience was a D level at best. My sales consultant Ayden welcomed both my wife into the store. He offered us water or a soft drink. A very nice touch. My wife and I had very little clean clothes since we had just got off a ship. My appearance looked very low scale, Hawaii Print swim suit, dress shoes, a pull over long sleeve shirt. I looked like a ridiculous. Ayden asked if we were looking for anything special. I wanted to get a nice watch for my upcoming birthday. Its a milestone birthday. I said yes, before I could say the model my wife says over here and with her good taste I went with that watch. He asked, what was the watch I was coming into to look at and I said TimeWalker. He agreed very nice watch, however the one your wife picked out is a hard to find watch and wont be as expensive. He had at least 10 TimeWalker Watches and all but one had a metal band. I really like the metal band. The watch I ended up purchasing is a much nicer watch than the brand on the boat. I had more fun with Ayden and he valued us as customers. 5 stars for Ayden and 5 stars for the brand they carry. Well done.

ESTELA KAKARIS WAS A REAL PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. SHE IS POISED, BALANCED AND FRIENDLY. NOT PRETENTIOUS IN HER PRESENTATION. A REAL LADY. I WAS IMPRESSED. NOT ONLY WITH HER HIGH CALIBER, BUT THE STORE AS WELL. SHE LOVES WORKING THERE. I LEARNED THAT MONTBLANC WAS MORE THAN JUST PENS. LEATHER OFFICE PRODUCTS, JEWELRY, WATCHES, I EVEN QUERIED ABOUT CARS ! SHE SAID YES ! , AND THEN NO. I PURCHASED TWO BLACK ROLLERBALL REFILLS FOR MY GENERATION PEN (# 13304) . I HAD MADE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING TWO MONTEVERDE REFILLS THE NIGHT BEFORE. THERE IS LITTLE COMPARISON. TRUE, I PAID $14 VERSUS $9, BUT THE QUALITY DIFFERENCE IS UNMISTAKABLE. THE FLOW OF THE INK, NO SKIPPING. MUST BE THE TIP. CONSISTENT LINE, NO OVERFLOW. ONCE AGAIN, I AM IMPRESSED. I'M SOLD ON MONTBLANC NOW. I'LL BE BACK TO THAT STORE AGAIN, THANKS TO ESTELA AND MONTBLANC QUALITY. SHALOM .

Kait the manager so wonderful and helpful I am the Montblanc collector for some 30 years and it's rare to find somebody that I presented with a very big project to know if the ticket authenticating up and they did so much for so very little I wasn't finding what their many many times before but in this case I really learned that my block is first-class operation the bins over backwards for its customers thanks to managers like Kait!
