Priceless!! â€“ After years of looking at, literally, over hundreds of thousands of rings, I FINALLY came to the decision that my perfect ring didn't exist. So many rings that I liked, even some I loved, but I never found "the one". My husband and I are very unique people with an even more unique relationship, and in all honesty, I needed the ring to symbolize what are relationship was, is and will be, without a "mass manufacturer" telling me what specific aspects of a ring symbolize. Having too many ideas on what I wanted, being a person that over-analyzes everything, and very hard to please, I have to say that Shari is the most patient and helpful business person I have come across. For my ideas that weren't practical or possible, she graciously let me know why, and always offered a different solution. Absolutely fantastic on "reeling me in" on all of my ideas, and translating it into exactly what I wanted and needed. It's fulfilling to know that the ring I proudly wear, is completely personal and perfectly symbolizes who my husband and I are as a team, and no other person should ever be able to wear that. The experience of being able to create my interpretation of a symbol of a lifetime commitment is truly PRICELESS. Well worth the drive from Wisconsin, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I cannot thank Shari and Kevin enough.

Best jewler around! â€“ I met the owners of Chicago Diamond & Jewelry Exchange (CDJE) during a trip to Chicago, when I was shopping for a 25th anniversity present for my wife. Needless to say, we were looking for something special. However, since both my wife and I are CPAs, we were also looking for the best value. Not only did they deliver exceptional value, but the stones/jewelry were of truly outstanding quality. They also worked with my wife to customize the settings and design that she wanted. While we live 1500 miles away, we still consider CDJE our personal jewelers. Great personalized service, in a friendly, low-key manner, but very professional. I'm not sure why anyone would want to shop elsewhere!

Maybe you should answer your phone, return phone calls or update your contact and hour info considering the business is no longer at this location?? Drove 2 hours and paid $22 to park to find this out. Thanks alot!!
