I initially visited the store 4-6 weeks ago because I wanted to replace a number of John Hardy pieces that were stolen. I didn't expect to engage with the store or staff in the future because its location is very inconvenient to where I live. However, after partnering since that first day with Kristen Sweeny and her management team to work through a few challenges, that mindset has completely changed, and although there is a very high end jeweler within blocks of where I live I plan on doing all of my major business with Kristen and Radcliffe. Kristen is as professional as she is friendly, and a pleasure to partner with. Her management team has given me a great amount of support, which I was surprised about given I was a new customer, with whom they had no idea as to whether that investment could or would ever be reciprocated. I look forward to a long, happy relationship with Kristen and Radcliffe!!! Many thanks and see you soon!!

Today was my first day walking into this location. As soon as I walked in, Jason immediately acknowledged me and asked what were my interests... I walked in with a price range and he definitely understood that. Jason still took time to go over the different watches, makes and pricing that I was concerned with. Although it was out of my price range, Jason was still willing to give info about the different selections. I left the store with a smile and a better understanding of what I was looking for. I literally got a few yards away from the store, stopped, turned around and walked back in. As I entered the door, Jason was right there! I gave him a smile and a thumbs up and said let’s go!! He smiled and help me pick out the perfect watch!! Jason definitely has a client for life! I appreciate his customer service but his genuine personality was best!! Thanks so much, Radcliffe!!!

I am still in the after glow from my resent spree at Radcliffe with Kristen Sweeney. From repairs to trade in jewelry for a new purchase, nothing was rushed. All my business was dealt with professionally and respectfully. The entire Radcliffe staff from Kirsten to Erin fully understand the value in follow up information and customer service beyond the call of duty. I’m very excited with your upcoming move to Kenilworth

Kristen Sweeney and the rest of the Radcliffe team were great! Kristen was able to listen and help me find the perfect ring. She went above and beyond to help me meet my proposal date. I highly recommend going to Radcliffe. The service is top-notch and the staff is professional.

The staff was courteous and professional. I went in to purchase my first Rolex ever. I told Jason what I wanted and the price range and was given a very nice selection. Him and another gentleman attended to my needs and were not pushy. Had a great experience there and will return there to purchase a watch again.
