My mom's sand from her necklace fell off and I learned that Dune Jewelry gives you a lifetime warranty with the jewelry so, I called and within a week the replacement sand was shipped to our home address! Then, within that same month, I ordered rings for my mom's birthday, and I saw the creation and ship time was about 3 weeks out. I really wanted the rings to make it to her by her birthday celebration so I emailed dune and got an immediate response saying they moved things around so it will get there just time! The Dune Team was so helpful and so willing to go above and beyond. Thanks for helping make her birthday so special!

All of the pieces I have ordered from Dune Jewelry whether for gifts or for myself have always been beautifully crafted, great conversation starters and have been met with intrigue and wonderment from people who aren't familiar with the brand. The customer service team was very helpful; when I nicked one of my favorite pieces I was told all of the Jewelry is under a lifetime warranty and it was replaced in no time!! I would definitely recommend this company to someone looking for a unique present!

Dune is my go-to for any gift for any occasion. So personizable and amazing quality. My mom lost the diamond in her wedding ring a few years back so my dad got her a ring from dune filled with sand from the beach they got engaged on and she was absolutely thrilled! I have quite the collection myself and all my pieces are an everyday staple! Couldn't recommend it more.

My wife bought a Sterling Wave necklace as a gift for a family friend. The package was shipped via USPS and the tracking details confirmed delivery. Unfortunately, the thirteen year old recipient never got it. Despite the nondescript packaging, we suspect it was taken from the mail box (she was getting a lot of other gifts the same day). Long story short, we contacted Marissa at Dune and she responded immediately. Marissa researched our order and, at no charge, shipped a replacement directly to my address. I will hand deliver the gift later this summer. I have to say, before emailing with Marissa, I was prepared to be disappointed. The original package was shipped and the company fulfilled its obligation. I was not expecting Dune to send a replacement but they offered to do just that. Serendipitously, the mishap allowed me to actually see the Wave necklace up close and I was further impressed with its design. There are so many options for jewelry online but we love the concept of personalizing the gift with sand from neighboring beaches. Some of these beaches carry great memories and this is a terrific way to keep them close to the heart. Thank you Dune for your outstanding customer service and I look forward to ordering more jewelry soon.

These pieces are of true quality and beauty. Dune has become my favorite company for both wedding and birthday gifts. I own three pieces myself and they all remind me of incredible memories. Price points are also good. I will continue to purchase from Dune Jewelry!
