TAG Heuer

Visited North premium outlet on our 2nd day in las vegas, My family and friends are out and shopping all day around the outlet while im just enjoying looking around and helping them to shop. I decided to go the lacoste store and while passing the Tag heuer store i saw the sign 25%- something off. the guy in front of me walking enter the store so i followed. we were greeted by this gentleman. as soon as i look at the glass shelves i was surprised by the prices on the watch. I got excited and i dont know where to look! I didnt bring any cash or card with me so my 1st question to the TAG rep was "do you accept phone orders" and he answered me "yeah, we can ship as long the card and shipping address is the same" I looked around for a minute or 2 then i saw this Tag heuer formula 1 chrono calibre 16 in Anthracite dial with ceramic band! the price is heavily discounted that i almost couldn't believe it. I never knew that a tag heuer store will have that kind of discount. I ask to try it and the tag rep help me right away. I really like the watch and told the rep that i will call him tomorrow to get the watch. it was a thanks giving week and the rep told me that i should call him asap coz it might be gone in the next few days. he notice that the watch is kinda tight on my wrist and told me that he can make it fit right if i get the watch. I ask for his card and he wrote the model and price the back of the business card. Met my wife at the other shop and told her i really like the watch at the tag heuer store and told her about the price. i searched google if the price is really that good. i saw that even grey market tag heuer is $600-$700 more on the price on this Tag heuer outlet! she asked me if i wanted it and i quickly reply YES!. went back to the store and showed her the watch and she like it too. I ask the rep i he can make it fit right..few tries later it fit perfectly! I wanted to ship it to my home address in Oregon so the rep made me fill out a form for shipping and told me he will ship it right away so i can get it by the end of the week. we shopped Tuesday and my watch got delivered Friday same week! (Thanksgiving week) The store got very good selection of Tag model and the prices are great specially those on sale! the reps are superb! Shout out to Nathan !!! shopping experience at this store is 5/5! Nathan goes over and beyond to make me and my wife happy with our purchase! I wanted to upgrade my 1st Tag heuer 9 years ago, I didnt know if will happen in less 30min at this store! ( i was just on my way to lacoste store, didnt make it there)

I love this store as it's truly an outlet. Come here if you want last season's TAG watches. My hubby has quite the luxury watch habit and he's purchased about 5 different TAG Heuer watches here and has never been disappointed. I'd give this place a solid 5 stars if not for one thing that happened a couple of months ago. Hubby bought a gorgeous TAG Carrera Automatic Chronograph (retail price of $4,700.00). He loved the watch, bought it and wore it out of the store. About a week later, he noticed it was dropping minutes and losing a couple of minutes worth of time every few days. This was unacceptable, especially for such a pricey timepiece. So back to the store we went. I expected a huge to-do and hassle but the manager handled this correctly. He apologized profusely and immediately exchanged the watch for a replacement (the exact model for the same exact model). It was honestly hassle free and took about five minutes. No begging or pleading necessary. I was also impressed because hubby was wearing one of his older TAG watches that day and the manager noticed one of the plastic grippers on his Formula One had broken off. Without us even asking, he took the watch and replaced the part for free! Now THAT is fantastic customer service right there! Because of the rock star treatment we received, nothing here made me dock one star. What did make the place lose a star was the actual selling / buying experience. When he first looked at the watch, we asked about any discounts and the salesgirl said that there were no incentives or coupons. We went ahead and made the purchase. Come to find out that there was a pretty valuable coupon in the outlet mall coupon book that would've saved us a couple hundred bucks. Not a lot of money, I know, but enough that it really stuck in my craw. Lesson learned: don't trust the word of the salespeople. I don't know if the lady was dumb or purposefully ignorant but it still is bothering me to this day. This is at least a true outlet so you can already expect some significant savings off MSRP. Know your prices before setting foot in the store. Remember: your smart phone is your best friend when shopping for luxury goods. I've always been super impressed with the customer service and the "customer comes first and is always right" attitude at this store. A great place to buy a nice watch! (Oh, and many of the employees are fluent in Mandarin to appeal to the large shopping base from China)!
