Reading these reviews, I felt a little better about my experiences here. This is my neighborhood Kay's. The manager is so aloof, detached, and condescending. She behaves in a way that is not worthy of being in the customer service industry. She doesn't greet and nor does she explain anything unless asked. My diamond has had to be replaced twice in a month. She systematically and minimally explained why and that's just how it was. What should be done is her making each customer feel valued and not a nuisance. She told me that my ring shouldnt be worn everyday and only on special occasions. I told her it was my wedding ring that I purchased on my 10th anniversary as an upgrade. She said it was my anniversary band and shouldnt be worn. I told her it is only called that on the paperwork because when I purchased it, I told the saleslady it was for my 10th. So basically she told me the reason why diamonds were always missing is because I wore it. The other representatives are kind, caring, and sweet. I wished I didn't have to deal w her. I will be going to anothrr location from now on. I've dealt with her 3x. No more.

Worst customer service from manager or lead employee Today my boyfriend and I went to this location to take one more final look at engagement rings. Dee helped us try on a ring we were interested in. We asked if we could replace the diamond with a 2carat instead. She called over another lady to further help us. Dee assisted other customers while this new lady (maybe a manager) showed us what it would look like with a 2 carat. I looked at my boyfriend and smiled with joy. The lady then asked quickly and extremely rude "are you going to buy it".....my boyfriend smiled at her and said we are just looking and would like all the info on the ring. My birthday is around the corner so I knew why he didn't want to openly announce anything. She then yelled across the room "Dee!! They are just looking".....then she put the ring back and completely walked away from us. I felt super embarrassed and quite honestly hurt. I have never been treated like a "nobody" until I walked into this Kay. Although I love that band and would love a 2 carat I persuaded my bf to never go back. It's not worth it. Someone like that who doesn't valve us will never get our service. Dee was very nice and polite and seemed as though she wanted to help more but couldn't answer the questions any further. If we do go back we will only be seeing her and not the other lady! July 12, 2016 1045am

By far the most annoying location. They follow you around, hounding you. "What brings you in today?" I am just browsing thanks..."Well what are you looking for?" I am just browsing. "Did you want to see somerhing in that case???? NO!!!!!!! STOP FOLLOWING ME AROUND THE STORE! The quality of Kay's jewelery is just pathetic. I have a good line of credit and I cant even find something decent. The women in this store are so pushy I will absolutely never return. I left after 2 minutes of being there , after walking in with the intention of making a purchase. The employees who sold me a bracelet and watch at the outlet mall location.... YOU ARE THE BEST! Stay away from downtown summerlin Kay.

This is a terrible place to buy a ring. I came here a few times over an year ago and customer service was completely different, 100% better. We bought a few rings here, anniversary bands, engagement ring, wedding band, among other things and we started having problems an year ago with their resizing work, it sucks, poorly executed it makes the ring look like it's going to break. Still, because they have always tried to help and resolve things we went back there to buy a Neil Lane ring, from Becky and Brian and this was the worst decision we made. They lied to us from the beginning saying this rings have to be specially made for each customer to their size, unless they have a ring and it's only one size difference (then they can resize it), they told us that there was no ring in any store that could be resized to my size so Id have to wait 3 months, ok we understood and agreed. We received a ring that was obviously resized, THREE MONTHS LATER, and the work was as bad as I had it on my rings before, I asked them and they told me it had been resized. Seriously?? 3 months for a ring that would take 2 weeks ?!? Of course we were upset not only because they lied but because the ring clearly looks different than a brand new made ring. They put in an order for a ring that would be actually manufactured this time and of course we had to wait ANOTHER 3 MONTHS....we were never contacted by the store by email or phone so we called them, they asked to return the call which they never did and when we called again, Laura told us they received the ring , THEY DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS MY RING, and they recalled on it because there was something wrong with it. She also told us we would have to wait, guess what, ANOTHER 3 MONTHS! How can they think this is acceptable ?! Why are they still on business with all this complaints? I'm beyond frustrated and I'm for sure never buying anything else here, if they can't take good care of their customers than we will just go shop somewhere else!

Very busy location on the weekends. We stop here about 3 times a year, for our verification and for any sale specials. We have worked with several employees over the last 2 years and honestly can't complain about any of them. We recently had my wife's rings resized and they told us it would take 2 weeks; ended up only be 1 week.
