Really great store! The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. They know the products and are very friendly, there was a sale so unexpectedly better prices, they deserve the 5 stars👏🏻

Do not buy watches here!!! I bought a watch on 11/23/2016 and now the watch stopped ticking useless! I went in to see if I could get a replacement. The lady working behind the counter hands me a piece of paper and a envelope and wants me to take care of the shipping...They would not exchange it. This has been my 2nd MK watch that has stopped ticking in less thean 3 months...I shouldn't be replacing batteries on a $300 watch after just one month. If you want a worthless watch after just one month of use go here. I will never be buying MK watches again! Nor coming to this store.

customer service was horrible !! The manager was unhelpful! I prefer to drive and shop at fashion show mall store. They are so welcoming.

I turned my bag into this store's location for a small repair back in October, and they told me six to eight weeks. Four months later, I still don't have my bag. Started to ask questions around January and at first they had no idea. Finally about a month ago they figured out the problem, and told me it would be there in about a week. I have called and gone in the store twice and still the same answer of about a week. Once I get my bag, I will not be returning to this location ever again.
