Very frustrated with my experience with Alison Lou. Ordered a pair of earrings ($135) for my mom; earrings arrived at my house and were cartoonishly over-sized and unwearable. The store would not allow me to return or exchange them, instead suggesting I "try re-gifting them." Will never purchase another thing from this store.

Cutest jewelry and can't say enough good things about their customer service! Have been to the shop a number of times and each time Michael is so sweet and accommodating no matter the need. Looking forward to coming back! Very personable brand and staff.

Alison Lou continuously makes some of my favorite fine jewelry in the world—very unique & innovatively creative. It's nice to support a talented local female entrepreneur. While I haven't been able to stop into this storefront yet, I think it's a true testament to her brand that Michael (the store manager) is kind & was able to help me when I was not even in the country.

I stopped into Alison Lou when I was awestruck by the storefront. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me to a pair of (perfect) birthday ear rings. Great selection of interesting jewelry, I'll definitely be back.
