Very disappointed at the cashier named Nanci (yes with an i not a Y) and her customer service skills, my 8 year old daughter wanted to spend the $9.75 cents she had saved to buy an accessory specifically at this store and after almost 20 minutes of browsing around she finally decided on a accessory of a $8.99 value and with tax came up to $9.79 cents. the lady at the register gave her a nasty look and said she couldn't sell her the item because of the $0.04 cents that were missing. after seeing my daughters face and how rude the cashier was it just amazed me how she could make the company disappoint and loose what could have been a lifetime client for just the $.04 cents. i told my daughter not to go back to that particular store and that not everyone in that company was meant for that type of work.

Very happy with the customer service from the cashier nanci (yes with a I not a Y), she is really helpful and I managed to get my products fast and easy, I don't like making a big fuzz over a few cents. Very cool place.

I just wanted to let you know about the customer service at Claire's located at 37-60 Junction Boulevard in Jackson Heights. I have tried shopping here on a few occasions I thought that the first couple of times shopping here the girls were just having a rough day, but I have noticed that it is every time I go into the store. First I get a very rude hello, and I am handed a basket to shop with. I will be looking around the store and they literally follow me around, it is very uncomfortable especially when I'm a paying customer. Today I was looking at the clearance jewelry and the girl literally stood behind me and started fixing a wall that didn't need to be fixed, she was just watching me. I had my headphones in and she asked me if I needed help finding anything AGAIN; then she rudely said "oh I guess not"! Granted I did have my headphones in so I couldn't hear her. I do not like being treated like a thief, and I don't understand why this has been happening. I just want to be able to walk into Claire's and by some nice stuff like I normally would at any other store. Thank you for taking the time to read my email.
