I had a vision for how I wanted my engagement ring to look and they made it come true. This staff is amazing. They share and take part and actually care about you as the customer. They make you feel like family. My custom ring has everyone talking. I can't thank them enough. I am referring everyone.

Skatells Charlotte and the Ealey family are THE BEST hands down! We've been doing business with them for years and have recommended many friends go and experience this wonderful business and family. I am COMPLETELY blown away by my recent 'project' with them. My 23+ year old wedding set was re-designed and my grandmothers rubies and diamonds were incorporated making the set stunning, sentimental and beyond-my-wildest-expectations-beautiful! I treasure it more than ever and loved the experience...in my book 5 stars does not do them justice (now if I could only find more jewelry to redo...) LOVE them all!

I had a custom engagement ring designed and built by Skatell's. Mike and Laura Ealy (and everyone else!) were very helpful! The entire process was easy and fun. Laura designed the ring using CAD software and then emailed me renders of it to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. After that, my understanding is that Skatell's used a new type of 3D printing to "grow" the ring exactly to the CAD design. All in all, it seems like a pretty cool process. The ring itself came out perfectly. My (now) fiancée loves it! I could not be happier with the entire process, from the initial meeting with Mike, to picking up the finished ring. I highly recommend Skatell's!

When I decided to propose 13 years ago, I went to every store in Charlotte that I could find. Everyone tried to talk me out of the design that I wanted for her perfect ring. Mike at Skatell’s told me that he could do it. He said that it wouldn’t be easy, and that he wouldn’t turn the ring over to me until it was PERFECT. After several castings, Mike had delivered on his promise. Since that day in 2005, I have trusted Mike and Donna at Skatell’s for all of our jewelry purchases. FACT: They are the best in the business!

I wanted a nice pair of diamond stud earrings. I went to several places looking. Once I went in Skatells I knew I didn’t need to look anywhere else but I had one more place to check. Knowing I was still looking Ms. Donna said she would hold my earrings for me and even encouraged me to go look at the other place. I was supposed to pick my earrings up the next day on Valentines Day but I had an emergency and was in the ER with my husband. Everything was fine but I wasn’t able to get my earrings until 2 days later but they were still there waiting on me. The quality of the jewelry, the price, and the customer service level at Skatells is not matched by any other jewelry store I have ever been in. Donna and her husband Mike’s love for jewelry and pleasing their customers is unmatched! I never have to “shop†for jewelry again. I will just go to Skatells and see my friends!
