Absolutely crazy return policy ... I understand and fully expected no cash refund, but was told that we must make an exchange as they couldn't give a gift card when we returned an item. After looking around the store for 45 minutes, finally chose a wallet that we didn't need or want. Original purchase was $40, wallet was about $25. Figured they'd allow that and put the rest on a gift card. Nope. They wanted us to find another item for the rest. Told them just to keep the rest. Nope...not allowed to do that! Chose some earrings that we didn't want or need. Price was nearly $15 but because they were on sale, now, we still need to find something for about $4, as if they have anything for that little. I'm not spending more than I did originally. Finally found some kind of facial cleanser and the rather rude manager told me she guessed they could give me back 84 cents in change! How crazy! When you give me a gift card to your store, you have my money already, whether I ever use the card or not! Now, what you have are 3 items missing from your store which you could have sold for ADDITIONAL money in your pockets, money in addition to the $40 that you have for a gift card which I may never spend. I'll not be back.
