Amazing, amazing experience. I would give him 20 stars if I could. I am not much of a jewelry person myself, but I can't stop looking at the pair of earrings I had Mike custom make for my wife for our 10 yr anniversary coming up. I have to mention that he also made my wife's engagement ring and wedding 10 yrs ago. He remembered, and he made sure the pair of earrings matched the design. The craftsmanship is perfection. I had no idea diamonds can sparkle like that. And pricing was absolutely the best and lowest. I live in Nashville, TN, and even with price to fly included, his price was way below anything I can find closer to home. I can't wait for my wife to see the earrings for the first time. Thanks again for the beautiful earrings!!! You are the best!

Fantastic experience buying an engagement ring. The customer service at Brother's cannot be beat. Mike was knowledgeable, personable and sincere while helping me decide on the style and quality of my diamond. I was never pressured into a purchase. Mike explained the differences between stones and was genuinely interested in my preferences. Between the cost and customer service, I will recommend Brother's to all of my single groomsman and we will be back to get our wedding bands.

A great experience! I looked everywhere for certain styles and couldn't find what I wanted anywhere. Mike quickly and expertly worked with me to customize exactly what I wanted, providing helpful feedback along the way, and delivered at a great price!

Absolutely an amazing experience. I wanted to head to Jewelers Row to look for an engagement ring for my girlfriend. We stopped at several places to look and see what they had to offer. Most of the places that we stopped and looked at gave us the same "sales" talk. I had remembered about reading online about Brothers and how it was an alleyway but it was awesome. I figured we would try it out. Once I walked into the store, I knew this was the place I was going to buy the ring at. Mike was incredible from the moment I met him. He helped answer all of my questions. While I was there a person from another store on Jewelers Row came in with diamonds for this store to fix! Other stores use Brothers to help them make their diamond rings! I was in shock that this went on, but at the same time it solidified that this is the place to buy from. Mike found a diamond that I liked and made the ring happen in a couple days! He was also awesome with communication. Overall my fiancee loves the ring and cannot stop starring at it. I will be recommending this place to any of my friends who are looking to get engaged!

My experience with Brothers Jewelry was excellent!! They came highly recommended from a friend who has been using them for years for repairs and creating rings, earrings, necklaces, and bracelets from scratch. I needed help with an engagement ring. I elicited some ideas from my girlfriend’s mom and sisters. They looked around on their own and emailed me a few pictures of a ring they liked. I showed the owner on my cell phone the picture of the ring my soon to be in-laws picked out. Within seconds he recognized the design and the original brand that it came from. He told me that he has made this same exact ring over a dozen times. Two days later his son emailed me a professional CAD drawing of the ring that I was able to tweak the design if I needed to. My experience was easy! The whole grueling process I was warned about when picking and designing an engagement ring did not happen. The owners are clearly expert jewelry makers that have been doing this for decades. The son brings a modern twist that he can create your design on a CAD to show you before it is casted and he also emailed me pictures of the ring throughout the whole process. Brothers Jewelry is quaint jewelry store (more like a manufacture) that is tucked into an alley off Jewelers Row. The store does not have flashy mirrors and lighting, no pushy sales people in fancy suits, and no giant signs and billboards. This made me feel good that the cost of my ring was not going towards some big time advertising agencies pocket. I highly recommend using Brothers Jewelry!!
