Founded on resilience in 1927, Bob Richards Jewelers is a landmark jewelry store in Germantown, TN. Our legacy began with Rob Richards, who turned to watchmaking following a life-altering accident, and has flourished through three generations of family dedication.

Bob is a very nice man. He has the best Jewelry and Watches all of these very nice and High end quality merchandise. People don't know where to go to fix their Watches. I got news for you Bob himself is a best watch repair person plus he has three more employees who repair watches. He has Real Seiko watches and some more high named. If you need the best of the most beautiful Jewelries? Go and see BOB IN GERMANTOWN and he will take care of your needs. Again he is the best in town.

Very nice selection but way overpriced. A haughty presentation of attitude. Not very genuine or sincere

Stopped by to adjust the bracelet on my wife's Tudor watch which was bought from a different AD. Doesn't matter, BRJ were very nice and adjusted the bracelet a couple times till the wife found a perfect fit. Meantime the sales lady was polite and showed me a number of watches even though my shorts and slip ons look would have told her in a moment that I couldn't afford most of the watches she showed me. I would highly recommend this place. If I decide to buy something, Im going to support my local store.
