I took a ring here about a year ago and they did an absolutely amazing job!!! It took less than an hour even. Today I brought a bridal set in hoping they could do it today and have it done before I headed home because I’m getting married tomorrow and needed them to fit and just like last time they did an amazing job!! Got them both done in an hour for me! So happy to do business with these guys.

GREAT SERVICE, QUALITY, AND THE BEST PRICES AROUND! I have been going to this jewelry shop for years. I have purchased jewelry, had rings sized, jewelry cleaned, watches fixed, etc. and NEVER had an issue. Linus and John are good, honest men with integrity and are always polite. I've looked around at other places and they just don't compare.

I took a 14k white gold solitaire ring (moissanite) to have sized down from a size 6 to a little over 5.25. My ring was in PERFECT condition when I left it. When I picked it up, upon close inspection, they had RUINED my ring! The ring sizing was HORRIBLY BOTCHED. Although the size was correct, the white gold was yellowed and NOT round..it was actually odd shaped and on the inside bottom of the ring you can see where the solder wasn't even smooth. That was bad enough, but my 4-prong setting was crooked/bent!! And it WAS NOT like that when I dropped it off. The owner(?) said they didn't touch the setting and that it takes lots of force to mess with it and that the ring is sized upside down and they only touch the bottom. I KNOW this isn't the case. When I looked at the ring upside down, you could see where it was crooked and twisted a bit (I guess where they attempted to solder/put the 2 sides back together once it was sized down they didn't assure that it was in line/not twisted and I am assuming that is how the prong got bent. It looks AWFUL and I was devastated. They completely BOTCHED this "sizing" and I will never return to them nor refer anyone to them. I took my ring to a another jeweler who knew who this business was and saw the SAME botches/damage that I saw and he is going to fix it. And it is going to cost me a pretty good penny too. But I am hoping he can get my ring back. I sooo regret taking my ring here....it was fine before I dropped it off. There was NO yellowing and it was not twisted and it was perfectly round (it was sized by an actual good jeweler the day before and it was great!!) and the prong setting was perfect. I just want my ring back! I'm so pissed. Take Marty's advice and avoid this place like the damn Plague!! My experience was exactly like his/hers. I wish I had seen this review before I dropped my ring off. I charge that to myself but I fault them for ruining my ring. I am also verifying that it is my same stone...I am very distrustful of them and need to verify that they didn't snatch it. The prong setting was SO messed up I wouldn't put it past them, honestly. Nevertheless, I will find out. IMO, I say STAY AWAY from this place but please be careful with these guys and protect your property from unnecessary damage that these guys cause and then they want to charge you. If you choose to do business with them, it is at your own risk.

I took a watch in to have links removed from the bracelet and when they gave me the watch back they had knocked loose a marker on the dial. I didn't really blame them and agreed to have them fix it. It needed to be sent out for repair and when I picked it back up it was simply glued back on with the glue spot visible on the dial! When I asked him about it he said it was the best they could do and its not their fault if markers fall off! Very poor repair and even worse customer service. Stay away from this place!
