We had a great experience working with Joseph to get our engagement ring! He worked with my fiance before we got engaged to pick out the perfect center diamond and had it delivered to our hotel where we were staying when my fiance proposed. Afterwards he helped us create a gorgeous engagement ring and wedding band. Neither of us knew that much about the jewelry design process, but he was incredibly helpful and super accommodating even when I changed my mind about a detail at the last moment. We're really happy with the rings that we got and I continue to get compliments on how beautiful and unique my engagement ring is. We're so happy that he was there during this fun and exciting time in our lives!

I needed a diamond setting repaired and an heirloom bracelet divided for my daughters. Naturally, I had procrastinated and didn't ask Joseph until about 10 days prior to Christmas. Considering the circumstances, I asked him to prioritize the necklace. Two days before the holiday, he called and he had both completed. Needless to say, I was quite happy. When picking them up, I was even happier. The quality of the work was unmistakable. The pieces had been thoroughly cleaned and the presentations were splendid. Joseph arranged appraisals for the pieces. These were provided by another jeweler, so there was no conflict of interest and no questionable valuations for my insurance provider. Villarreal Jewelers gives very personable service, never hurrying. Joseph is fully involved with the jewelry industry and has access to all types of stones and settings, including custom-created, from a variety of sources. Villarreal Jewelers are trustworthy and provide full descriptive receipts for anything entrusted to their care. I was very comfortable with the entire relationship.

Villarreal did a fantastic job on a restoration of a diamond brooch which is a family heirloom. Some stones had been removed that needed replacement and also some reworking of the design. I had a concept going in on what I thought might work but in consultation Malcolm at Villarreal we decided on a slightly different approach that was cost-effective and turned out gorgeous. The time-line was also short for Christmas and they were able to accommodate that requirement. A very happy customer indeed!

Update: I got a 3rd piece of custom jewelry for my wife for Chirstmas. Joseph got the jewelry made right to my specifications for a good price and on time before the holidays. Thanks Villareal! I have gotten 2 pieces of custom jewelry from Villarreal, and I have been very happy with both. Also saved some good money for not having to pay for the overhead of a traditional jewelry store. Found Villareal by happenstance on the Internet, and was thrilled with the entire experience. Malcolm helped me design a wedding band exactly to my specifications. He also helped me put a diamond into my Aggie ring. I would HIGHLY recommend using these guys. I'm certainly going to do so again when preparing a special ring for my wife.
