If I could give negative stars I would. We walked in at 7pm and were greeted by the security guard. There were 2 other customers in the store being assisted. He told us someone would be with us momentarily. There were 2 associates there. They put us in the back room for 30 minutes. Periodically the security guard would come and apologize for the wait, saying someone would be right with us. We were shopping for wedding bands and drove far to come to David Yurman specifically for that purpose. After waiting even longer we finally decided to head out, and when I walked into the main room, people that had gotten there 5 minutes ago were already being helped. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service in my life. I was totally shocked. They really ruined what was supposed to be a nice experience for me and my fiancé. You’re better off taking your business elsewhere, I wouldn’t want anyone to walk in excited with such high hopes, and experience what we did.

Best jewelry buying experience we have ever had. Victor was fantastic. He made the experience a pleasure. He gave us advice with no pressure. He spent a great deal of time helping my wife chose a ring. We would absolutely return to buy jewelry from this shop

My Yurman ring split down the middle and I was devastated. I called the Yurman store in the Domain and spoke to Lauren. She was so nice and told me it could get fixed for free since I just got the size adjusted less than a year ago at that location. Great customer service at that store!
