Excellent ring-buying experience with Kyle Simmons at Spence! We entered the store just to browse some styles and his personality totally won us over. We quickly knew we wanted to work with him. He was professional, kind and knowledgeable. He showed us many diamond options within our budget and outlined the specifications of each. He had an answer for every single question we asked. He offered no-pressure sales with meaningful suggestions and made the experience completely enjoyable! We are thrilled with our choice to purchase our rings at Spence with Kyle!

First off, I like that Spence provides customers to opportunity to get a lovely stone at a great price that wasn't acquired via the humanitarian and environmental mess that is diamond mining. As for my direct experience, my (then) girlfriend and I went in just to get an idea of what she was looking for in terms of a ring and Chelsea did an excellent job walking us through everything! Fantastic experience and she was great to work with; she listened to what we were looking for and didn't push anything. She did great explaining all the steps of the buying process while still keeping it out of earshot of my girlfriend that I felt comfortable enough to initiate the buying process while we were there. We ended up with a stunning ring thanks to Chelsea and Spence!

walked in off the street and was met by Jessica. The level of professionalism that she displayed was beyond par. It felt very welcoming and warm. one of the best parts of the visit was the open showcases. Amazing!! being able to browse through the rings at your own pace and try them on was incredible. Jessica Burandt was incredibly helpful on the search for my engagement ring. I had been having a hard time finding lab created diamonds locally, and especially with any kind of selection. The store itself is impressive! The entire showroom is open and you can pick up and try any of the hundreds of rings and sets that they display. They have every shape, size, and combination you could look for. I would recommend Spence to anyone looking for a diamond purchase.

I stumbled across this GEM wandering through The Domain, and couldn't have been more excited. Not only did I get the great news that the prices on the display ring was the ACTUAL price of the complete ring with center stone, not just the setting, as I originally had assumed bc it was such a great value. Katie, my diamond specialist, was very accommodating, even had a few of my original ideas incorporated into my design! Also, she found me the perfect diamond to complete my ring, within my budget! I would give her more stars if possible! Thanks Katie, and all the staff at Spence for helping me complete my vision!
