Even at Christmas, the work was completed on time and exceptionally well. I highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs.

Julie and Cynthia are incredible people and did an incredible job on the piece I requested. The work got done in a very very timely manner while they were already booked pretty full. Very fair price and I am more than satisfied with the work and kindness of these people at Custom Jewelers of Richardson.

Julie at Custom Jewelers was able to make me a custom wedding ring based on my vision from 3 different family heirloom rings within 2 days and saved our wedding day! Loved the results 😀

Very pleasant, very cool and fun to talk to! Fair price and was able to take care of my concern in minutes. While the location is a little off the beaten path, you wont regret going there! Thumbs up!

First time I met Julie, the owner. She is the nicest person I know. I've spoken to her on the phone a couple of time and she is always courteous and even helpful over the phone. So, I went to her store. She fixed my necklace in the blink of an eye. I will be taking all of my jewelry to her for cleaning, repairs, tightening, and (heck), I even saw a ring when I was there that I've got my eye on to purchase. :)
