I have used Fast-Fix Jewelry for my watch batteries for at least 8 years now. They are the best, most reliable business I have used. If your battery runs out before the expiration date, they replace it free. Steve Jacobs, Mgr., at the North Park Mall store, and Scott, have gone out of their way to maintain their businesses' good reputation. Since I've moved from Dallas to Louisiana, I mail my watch to them, because I know I can trust them to do a good job - and stand behind their work. I highly recommend them!

I had the best customer experience at Fast-Fix at NorthPark. They are true professionals who care about their quality of work and their customers. I recently had two yeti cup engravings done. One turned out a little crooked and the man who performed the service was very understanding when I expressed my disappointment. Without me asking, he kindly asked me where I purchased the cup and offered to buy a new one for me and redo it (on his own time and own dime) and have it ready for me in 24 hours. I was so impressed and happy with his level of ownership and initiative to make it right, and without making me feel like I was being a difficult customer. He just did the right thing, and that's the type of people I like to do business with. I will definitely return for additional services. Oh, and my new engraving turned out perfectly. Thanks again Fast-Fix!!

Always friendly. Always going above and beyond. Been a long time shopper. Would definitely recommend going for the lifetime battery replacement. Worth every last penny.

The Fast-Fix team at NorthPark Center is by far the best Fast-Fix team that exists. I have had a TAG watch for almost 20 years and sometime ago I bought a lifetime battery plan from Fast-Fix at NorthPark. Last time my battery died, I went to the Fast-Fix closest to my house and got the battery replaced. The next time I took a shower with my watch on with the new battery, my diving watch safe to 200 meters fogged up and had condensation inside. I was obviously upset, a water proof watch that won't make it in the shower certainly wont make it on a scuba dive. I went back to where I had the battery replaced....and they said sorry but didn't want to mess with it....they changed the battery and were responsible. I took it to NorthPark Fast-Fix, and even though each location is independently owned, they said they would try to help me just because it was the right thing to do. There was damage done by the water, the seal and some of the internal parts were not repairable, so extensive parts and labor would be required to attempt to save my watch. Steve and his team took the time, incurred the costs, and fixed my watch to where it is waterproof again. They fixed another Fast-Fix locations mistake without charging me anything!! Take the time to find and go to this specific location for your jewelry repair. They care about doing the right thing, and they have the skills to make the right thing happen.
