This place provides personalized service that goes above and beyond. I called this place last month to inquire about battery replacement for my Seamaster watch. I told the lady that I am coming from Corpus Christi and will have a tight schedule during my visit to San Antonio. She said that I can drop off the watch, attend to my appointments and by the time I come back to the boutique, the watch should be ready. This was over a month ago and when I went to the boutique on the 9th of January, I was surprised that Amy remembered me and my situation and really took care of me. The customer service that she provided was outstanding and hard to replicate somewhere else. Kudos to you and your team!!!

I just bought my first Omega watch here. I thought the staff were wonderful. I worked with Mark who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured. I also talked with their in house watch serviceman Jorge. Highly Recommended!
