This guy Armando is lying we offered an exchange but wanted refund . we told him no refunds because we don't sell used Jewelery that your wife made you buy a ring from some where else is not our mistake .just because things don't go your way is no excuse to bash any company . we also offered him to come speak with owner which he agreed to do . then proceeded to give us a bad review grow up !

Will never do business here again. I bought my ring in May and I have had to have it replaced twice. The quality is terrible and the lady did not state to me that I would have to pay the 2nd time I brought it back for a repair. I was upset at the way the man spoke to me as well. Very unprofessional. You are better off going to Sam Moon!

I was there for my brothers graduation from the air force 2-3 weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon I went to zales and Macys ..they all ignored me and judge me by how I was dressed , I was about to leave the mall when this built guy w a suit stopped me w/ my brother took his time to show me his watches from invicta, fossil , bulova. He showed me a nice bulova watch and gave us a great deal. I'd definelty buy another watch from themm, specially that guy . He was built , dressed very professional w a suit and had an accent .
