If you want the best jewelry shopping experience, go see Ron. He will take care of you! I've never had better customer service...anywhere. I've been working with Ron for several years now, and consider him a good friend. If you need anything from a simple gift for that special someone, up to a life-changing decision like the perfect engagement ring, Ron is the best!

I have been working with Jerome these last several months to find the perfect engagement ring and now our wedding bands. From the beginning the experience and service have been excellent. Before showing me any rings Jerome took the time to get to know me. He asked and answered questions that helped him and me understand what I was looking for. Together we found the perfect ring that my fiancé absolutely loves. She has been to the store several times to get it cleaned and they have treated her fanatic. Jerome keep me informed throughout the whole process which I very much appreciated. My the end he is not only your Jeweler but a friend.

Chose this store as the location for my first "luxury" watch purchase. Was extremely satisfied with the treatment as a 23 year old customer when many ADs do not take you seriously. They did not have the watch that I was looking for in-store, yet managed to find one and get it in immediately even though it's a somewhat hard to find limited edition. Jerome was a blast to do business with and really knows his stuff when it comes to watches. I’ve maintained a great relationship with several of the employees and am always treated with fantastic service every time I come in, even if I’m just window shopping. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

I have visited this location for watch assessment/repairs twice now and had the pleasure of working with Jerome on both occasions. I don’t typically take the time to write reviews, but had to make my experiences with Jerome known. He was very professional, knowledgeable, passionate, caring, patient, understanding, has excellent customer service and communication skills, and was just a joy to work with. I will certainly be bringing my future business back to this location to work with him again, and be recommending my peers to do the same. Thank you for all your help, Jerome!

I have worked with Jerome for over 15 years and he is one of the most professional and customer service focused sales associate I know. He always takes the time to understand my needs before selling me anything. He is truly a trusted partner when helping me choose my jewelry. I always leave absolutely satisfied with my purchases!
